I have been asked to teach a workshop at the Greater Philadelphia Christian Writers’ Conference. The topic is titled, “America at the Crossroads,” timely and of no coincidence.
As a historian, I’ve been analyzing current events in comparison to things Americans should know, but apparently do not. If ever I’ve been called to address a people group who can have a positive impact on our current domestic hostilities, it will be these Christian Writers who have a passion to preserve and protect God’s priceless gift of individual – not collective – liberty. It is my opinion, God gave us liberty, not so we can behave lawlessly, but for the proclamation of the Gospel to a lost and dying nation and world. Who responds is their free-will choice.
In the 1930’s, America rightly rejected the Master Race lie of the National Socialist (Nazi) Party’s Third Reich (realm), as it began to Goosestep throughout Germany, dismantling the Weimar Republic. This week, Socialists won American primary elections and for some reason, the Democrat Party embraces the Mastermind myth with religious fervor. They promote Ideological Segregation and Discrimination against all who hold to a different worldview as they urinate and defecate all over our Constitutional Republic. They have put into practice thuggish, Brown Shirt brutality, inquisition style public berating, Jim Crow Law like denial of basic services, and committing shameful acts, including extreme violence, against American citizens who support President Donald J. Trump. Their self-righteous moral superiority and grand intellect has been on display for all to see.

They even have a self-acknowledged Socialist and Democrat Party member of the House of Representatives calling for loyal followers to carry out these acts of superior being abuse on inferior, less than human, life forms. It’s only a matter of time before America experiences a version of Kristallnacht. Are the ovens soon to follow for us lesser beings who believe individual liberty is what’s best for society – not the collective-community’s, group-think?
